Our body temperature dips swiftly once we exit the shower room. This sudden fall in the temperature is likely to trigger a sleepy sensation as your heart rate, ingestion and further metabolic progressions slacken. This will make it easy going for both, your brain and body to shut down too.

The heat will relax your edgy and exhausted muscles, and aid you de-stress.

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique which is used to relieve emotional stress and sometimes physical pain. It involves tapping or psychological acupressure.
So how to use it to sleep faster. Well, first you have to lie down on your bed and relax a bit. Then you need to start tapping your various EFT points on your body (eg top of the head, forehead, collarbone, under-nose, chin, etc). Select any point and start tapping fast with deep breaths. Continue the tapping for 30 sec.
Now slowly reduce the tapping speed and continue with this slower speed for another 30 sec.
